Radikal Neon Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Radikal Neon. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 20 business days at the latest, we will endeavor to do it much faster. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Radikal Neon offers Free Standard Shipping on all signs purchased.
Standard shipping: Free.
Expedited shipping: $95.00 USD or $125 NZD.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Radikal Neon ships to addresses within the U.S., & U.S. Territories (and most other addresses worldwide) Radikal Neon can not ship to P.O box addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the email containing the tracking number.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Radikal Neon is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.), unless we have stated otherwise.

Damages

Radikal Neon is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. But will in almost every case replace your order where possible, please report any damage to your Radikal representative immediately so that we can proactively remedy the issue. We strongly recommend checking any package you receive from us before signing for it/accepting delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
