Radikal Neon Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Radikal Neon. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 20 business days at the latest, we will endeavor to do it much faster. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Radikal Neon offers Free Standard Shipping on all signs purchased.
Standard shipping: Free.
Expedited shipping: $95.00 USD or $125 NZD.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Radikal Neon ships to addresses within the U.S., & U.S. Territories (and most other addresses worldwide) Radikal Neon can not ship to P.O box addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the email containing the tracking number.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Radikal Neon is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.), unless we have stated otherwise.

Damages

Radikal Neon shall not be liable for any loss of, or damage to, products occurring during shipment, whether such loss or damage results from the actions of the carrier or otherwise. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Radikal Neon, in its sole discretion and without admitting liability, may replace the affected product(s) where reasonably practicable.

All claims for loss or damage must be reported in writing to an authorized Radikal Neon representative within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of delivery. Claims received after this period will be deemed waived, and Radikal Neon will have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund the product(s), as such time limitations are necessary to enable Radikal Neon to file a claim with the carrier.

Customers are strongly advised to inspect all packages prior to signing for or otherwise accepting delivery. All original packaging materials and damaged goods must be retained and made available for inspection in connection with any claim. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the denial of any goodwill replacement or assistance by Radikal Neon.
