You do not have to pay extra for your warranty, and it is comprehensive. When AC plugs, transformers, dimmers, or other electrical or construction components breakdown, we will make necessary repairs or replace your neon sign for free!

Absolutely! We want you to get the most out of your office wall art. If you want to use your sign outside, we can apply silicone glue to either side of the LED lights neon strip to seal it in, surrounded by a waterproof and weatherproof acrylic box. This way, there is a reduced risk of neon sign damage caused by poor weather conditions.
