What warranty comes with your kids' neon signs?
All of our indoor signs, such as those made for kids' bedrooms come with a 2-year warranty for damage to their construction and electrical components. Our outdoor signs include a six-month warranty for the same.

Our LED neon lights last for over four years or up to 40,000 hours. Once they near the end of their lifespan, the LEDs will begin to dim or fade. You can also buy a dimmer to reduce brightness and wear on the LEDs and extend their lifespan.

Our signs are created with LED neon technology. This makes for safe, user-friendly lights that don't get hot even with continued use. They're also encased in PVC tubing and don't shatter if dropped. This is unlike traditional neon signs in glass tubing which can get very hot, shatter if dropped, and are generally unsafe to use as decor additions to kids' rooms or anywhere indoors.
