What is a backlit sign?
These signs have light strips tracing the edges of the graphic being advertised. It provides a glowing effect, almost as if your sign has a halo. They're typically made of materials like acrylic and mounted on a wall or surface with a special backing.
Are backlit LED signs expensive?
The cost of your sign depends on its shape and length. At Radikal®, we use LED neon technology which is much more affordable to operate than traditional gas neon. Furthermore, we have a number of offers you can take advantage of, including up to 15% off for businesses.
What is front-lit vs. backlit?
Standard channel-letter signs are front-lit or face-lit, meaning that the light shines freely through the sign face. With backlit logo signs, it's the opposite — the light shines through the back of the graphic, lending it a halo effect.
