All of our signs made for indoor use come with a 2-year warranty that is valid from the day it is shipped out. This warranty has no additional cost. It covers both the construction of the sign and the electrical components (transformers, dimmers, and AC plugs).

Our neon signs for trade shows are built to run for up to 40,000 hours. That's over four and a half years! You'll know it's time to replace or repair the sign when the LEDs fade, then switch off. If you want to extend the lifespan of your sign, we offer optional wireless dimmer remotes. This not only makes the sign less bright (perfect for an indoor environment), but also puts less wear on the LEDs.

Our neon lights use our Rad Super Mini LED Neon. However, traditional neon signs use glass tubing filled with an electrified gas like argon or neon. LED neon is more power efficient, less hot, less delicate, and safe for indoor use, leading to their growing popularity. Traditional neon will become like vinyl records: a neat vintage artform to collect, but not as good for practical use as modern day technology.

We use only 12V power for our signs, so they stay cool enough that they're safe to touch no matter how long they've been on. Unlike traditional neon, which is made with glass tubing, we make our custom LED neon signs with acrylic tubing. That means there's no danger of glass shards going everywhere if you drop the sign.
