How Are Neon Signs Installed?
Using the supplied Mounting Screws.
Take your sign and place it flat up against the intended wall or space. If it’s super long or heavy please ask a friend for assistance.
While one person is holding the sign, use a marker pen to dot holes in the wall where the mounting holes have been drilled in the acrylic backing. This will be super helpful when you get the drill out next as you can use these marker dots as guides.
Place the sign back in the box or on a safe surface to avoid scratching the acrylic backing - get your drill equipped with a twist drill bit and drill pilot holes exactly on the points you marked on the wall using your marker in step 2.

How Long Do Neon Signs Last?
Our signs can last for up to 40,000 hours which translates to roughly 4 years of illumination. Gradually over the course of use the LEDs will fade to a gentle light and switch off, this takes some serious use first though!
We also offer wireless dimmer remotes for an extra fee. Dimmer Remotes can not only make the sign less intrusive in a home setting, but they can enhance the lifetime period via the dimming function.Learn more
Why Are Neon Signs So Expensive?
There are three main factors that drive the price of our neon signs:
The length of LED Neon required to create your sign.
The complexity of your sign. For example: tight bends, or large scale signs that require multiple technicians.
The labour hours required to actually produce your custom masterpiece and bring it to life – exactly as you imagined.
When thinking about what you’d like made, consider these 3 factors and compare them to your budget, you can always ask us to help guide your design based on your budget too!Learn more
LED vs. Neon Signs
LED Neon is much like the Tesla of the automotive industry. It’s slowly replacing the antiquated combustion engine of the past (in this case Glass neon) - as technology evolves so do signage products - and our Rad Super Mini LED Neon is the best we’ve come across!
Much like people collect LP records, traditional neon will be treated the same. A rare artform appreciated as a valuable good - but no longer the most economic fit for signage, whether that is in your home, business or at your next event. This comparison is true in more ways than one.Learn more
Are Neon Signs LED?
Radikal Neon uses LEDs!
Imagine finding a product that has an almost seamless in appearance to traditional neon, but is cheaper, non-fragile, eco-friendly and totally safe to have around the home. You would find LED Neon - or specifically our Rad Super Mini LED Neon.
All of our signs are made from LED Neon tubes unlike the traditional glass tube neon containing argon or neon gases.Learn more
